About Steph

Born and raised in Nebraska, Steph began tattooing in Omaha under her mentor Troy Christensen (Rest In Power) in 2009. She worked with him for five years until making the move out of the Midwest and towards the West Coast.

Steph moved to Portland, Oregon in 2014 where she now works with the great crew at New Rose Tattoo.

Steph enjoys tattooing in the traditional style due to its bold lines and bright, solid colors. She loves taking this approach to create fun and absurd designs that her clients will be excited to wear.

Her inspiration comes from strong women, pop culture, vintage aesthetics, and the inappropriate.

In Steph’s house they pray to Cher.
And in that house lives her and her sweet pup, Princess Mayonnaise of Buckman.
